Just For Fun

A jailer has three white hats, two red hats, and three prisoners, one of whom is blind. Each prisoner is given a hat and told he will be freed if he can deduce the color of his hat. Prisoners 1 and 2 cannot determine the color of their hats. Having heard the responses of the other two prisoners, the blind Prisoner 3 correctly determines the color of his hat and is freed. How did he do it and what color is his hat?
