1. We are beginning the new topic of probability. Please read Units 7A, 7B, and 7C of the text.
3. Please do the following exercises. This is a minimum recommended dose of exercises. You should work more exercises if you have not mastered the concepts.
Unit 7A: 6, 8, 20, 24, 26.
Unit 7B: 2, 6, 14, 16.
Just for Fun:
A small grill can hold two hamburgers at a time. If it takes
5 minutes to cook one side of a hamburger, what is the shortest time need to
grill both sides of three hamburgers?
