Oberwolfach, Germany, February 99
It was a meeting in Oberwolfach during a very cold month in Germany,
with lots of snowfall in that region. Many people were sick at the
meeting and some canceled their talk and stayed in bed! The brave
ones that survived made this an interesting meeting with mathematicians
and engineers talking about finite elements for the entire week.
There was a break to watch a carnival parade in Wolfach.
