SPRING 1998 FINITE ELEMENT CIRCUS DINNER


The restaurant for the Friday evening dinner is the  AL FRESCO RESTAURANT,
1040 15th Street, Downtown Denver, on the same block as the Executive Tower
Inn Hotel. The price for the meal is $29.00 per person and includes
gratuity and a buffet with

	CEASAR SALAD                        HOUSE SALAD
   Romaine, Parmesan, Croutons         Mixed Field Greens with
     Creamy Ceasar Dressing           Tomatoes and Caper Berries

		             CAPELLINI AL POMODORO
             Angel Hair Pasta tossed with Olive Oil, Carmelized
              	 Onions, Roma Tomatoes, Basil, Sherry, and
                              Buffalo Mozzarella

                          POLLO AI QUATTRO FORMAGGI
                  Breast of Chicken Layered with Prosciutto,
                    Four Cheeses, Mushrooms and Wine Sauce

                              SALTINBOCCA DI VITELLO
                      Veal Scallops sauteed with Prosciutto,
                              Provolone, and Marinara 
and choices of

          DESSERT (choice of 2)                 COFFEE, TEA OR SODA

Alcoholic beverages are not included in the price, but you may order
separately from their
