Math 1110 College Algebra Final Lab Examination: Spring 1999

Maximum time allowed is 55 minutes

This is a closed book, closed notes exam. You may refer to the Derive for Windows tutorials as needed. Lab teaching assistants are not allowed to assist. The exams must be completed by the end of the lab period. If there are technological problems, the TA is authorized to allow appropriate additional time. If the printers are not working, submit an accurate sketch with precise labels.

If work is not submitted, you cannot earn the maximum points. If you use Derive For Windows, attach a printout of your Algebra window for all problems on the exam. If you use a graphics calculator, attach all work.

Each problem or part is worth a maximum of 16 points for a maximum of 80 possible.

  1. Graph the rational function in two viewing windows.
