Sample Ph.D. Programs
The course requirements for the Ph.D. are purposefully flexible, so that
many programs can be designed for different areas of research.
If you are not sure of your area of interest,
here is a sample program (one of many) for the first year that
offers a good sampling of several areas within the department. Your plan
of study should be designed with the help of your academic advisor and
with an eye on the requirements.
