The Center for Computational Mathematics (CCM) is located in the 6th floor of the CU-Denver Building, 1250 14th St., at the corner of Lawrence and 14th Streets right across Speer Blvd. from the Auraria campus in the Downtown Denver. The Executive Tower Hotel, 1405 Curtis St., is on the corner of Curtis and 14th St., two blocks from the CU-Denver buiding.

• By shuttle service: In the main terminal you will find counters of the shuttle services. Some of them, e.g., SuperShuttle, travel to downtown Denver and make stops at the main hotels. Inquire about stops at the Executive Tower Inn, if you are staying there. Cost: approx. $ 17.00 one way. (*) Travel time ~40 min. Departure typically every 15 min.
• By bus: The bus service in the metro Denver is called RTD. You will find a RTD counter in the main terminal of DIA. Take the bus "AF" to the Market Street Station in Downtown Denver. The stop is 3 blocks away from the CU-Building. Cost: approx. $ 6.00 each way. (*) Travel time ~50 min. The main problem is that the bus goes only once an hour.
• By taxi: It is always an option. However keep in mind that the airport is at least 35 minutes away from downtown Denver. Cost: at least $ 35.00 each way (try to get update estimates directly from the cab companies). (*)
• By car: Leaving the airport, you will be on Pena Boulevard. Continue on it until the end when it exits on I-70 West to Denver. On I-70 take I-25 South to Colorado Springs. (DO NOT TAKE I-225 SOUTH!) On I-25 exit on Speer Boulevard South. On Speer turn left at Lawrence St. The CU-Denver Building is on the corner of Lawrence St. and 14th Street. Parking is not a big problem:
  • 2 blocks away, on 14th and Arapahoe, there is a parking for the Performance Center; 5.00/day. (*)
  • In front of our building on 14th and Lawrence, there is a public parking place for 6.00/day.(*)
  • With some luck, you may park on a street for $2 for two hours.
  • Parking is also available on campus lots, but only with a CU-Denver ID.
